I can't say enough good about The Sole Truth and our positive experience. Our son, who has Down Syndrome, also has very flat feet, sandal-foot (which creates extra space between his big toe and second toe), and a wide toe box. The customer safely stands on the 3D laser scanner.
The customer will place their arms down to the side standing in a neutral position.

The scanning tech will advise the customer when the scanning process will start to ensure they stand still to capture a good image for designing purposes.

The scanning process takes less than 25 seconds.
We download the foot report and review the foot data & image after the scanning process is complete.

D

To finish ordering, complete the customer order form for the base color and top cover design.
Allow 2 weeks for completion with a text alert when your order is ready.
